IMED Introduces New Physician

I was born and raised in Texas to loving and kind parents who instilled compassionate traits in all their children. I desired to be a physician since childhood, and I consider myself very blessed to reach this destination. I completed my bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, then my master’s degree at UTSA, and finally my medical degree at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. I stayed in San Antonio for my internship and residency training in Internal Medicine, and concluded with another year of subspecialty training in Geriatrics. Throughout this long road of preparation, I was fortunate to have the incredible support of my husband and children.

It is an honor to be starting my practice here at IMED alongside these other exceptional physicians. Thank you for this privilege to be your physician. My approach to medicine is both collaborative and educational.  Therefore, I am hopeful that you will tell me all your concerns, ask plenty of questions, and allow me to share also my expertise.  I look forward to a long and mutual relationship with you and your family.
